Members of the Zizzer Soccer Team will be wearing new uniforms soon. We recently placed an order for some Select Albeck Jerseys and Select Ekstrom Shorts with our Select Representative, Tim Twellman. The Lady Zizzers switched to Select uniforms a couple of seasons ago and they have been great. We like the Select uniforms because of the quality and our ability to order the same style whenever we need them. Unlike other brands, the Select styles are never discontinued. The style of the uniform has been customized for us. Because of this, the uniforms take about 6-8 weeks to get here. If all goes well, we might have them for the start of the season.
This year we have ordered uniforms for the Varsity Team. The JV will wear the current Adidas uniforms this year and hopefully next year we will order the rest of the Select uniforms. This is the same process we went through with the Lady Zizzer Team when they made the change to Select.
The Zizzers will have two sets of uniforms (Click the links to see what they look like): Red Jerseys and Black Shorts for Away Games and White Jerseys and Red Shorts for Home Games. The Uniforms will also feature the West Plains Zizzers logo on the upper left chest area. This will mark the first time the Zizzers have had a logo on their uniforms since 1996.
Like the jerseys, can’t wait to wear them this season. Looking forward to it!
