Free Physicals July 22

Free Athletic Physicals will be held July 22 at the OMC Shaw Building. This year you will need to schedule an appointment. The first appointments will begin at 5:00pm. To schedule your appointment, call 257-5890. You will need to have a Physical Form filled out prior to your appointment. Physical Forms are available for pickup at the High School Athletics Office or at Ozarks Medical Center Rehabilitation Services.
