The Medaille Mavericks have won their 5th straight undefeated Regular Season Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championship. The Mavericks (15-2-2, 9-0-1 AMCC) will take on Frostburg State in the AMCC Tournament Semifinals on Wednesday. The Tournament Champion will receive an automatic berth in the NCAA Division III National Tournament.
Former Zizzer standout, Stuart Ziegler, is a Sophomore Midfielder for Medaille. Ziegler has started all 19 games and has scored 5 Goals and recorded 9 Assists. The 9 Assists put Ziegler 2nd on the team behind Gary Boughton (20) who is the NCAA Division III Career Leader in Assists with 80.
