The Missouri State Bears (11-3-2, 6-1-1 MVC) will take on the Evansvile Aces on Wednesday at 1:00pm with a chance to clinch the Regular Season Missouri Valley Conference Title. This will be the final Home game of the Regular Season for the Bears. It will also be the final Home game for Bears Senior and former Zizzer standout Nick Dryden (#4 pictured above with Mom – Marcia and Dad – Jeff on Senior Recognition Day Sunday against Drake). Another former Zizzer standout, Justin Scicluna, also plays for the Bears.
A win for the Bears will give them the MVC Title with one game remaining at Eastern Illinois on Saturday. The Bears moved up from #25 to #22 in the NSCAA National Rankings that were released today. Good Luck Bears!
Nick Dryden is a Senior Back who has played in all 16 games, making 10 starts and scoring 2 Goals. Justin Scicluna is a Sophomore Forward/Midfielder who has played in 4 games.
Well they won again and captured the title. Everyone needs to wish them luck as they go into the conference tournament and hopefully the NCAA D1 tournament. Go Bears!
