Kittle Commits to Hannibal-LaGrange

Lady Zizzer Senior Back, Beth Kittle, has chosen to continue her soccer career next Fall at Hannibal-LaGrange College in Hannibal, MO.

Hannibal LaGrange is an NAIA school that plays in the American Midwest Conference.

At HLG, Kittle will play for Coach Jason Nichols, who led the Trojans to a 9-10-1 record last Fall.

I asked Beth a few questions about here college decision.

How do you feel now that you have decided where you will be attending college?

Less stressed, more relaxed. I am excited about playing for them.

Was it an easy decision for you?

Yes, after I met the coach and soccer girls.

What was the biggest factor in your decision to attend Hannibal-LaGrange?

The soccer program, but HLG also has the major I am interested in (Pre-Med).

What do you know about the Pre-Med Program at HLG?

They have a good acceptance rate from Pre-Med into Med School.

Is there anything you can tell us about HLG – The schoolin general or the Soccer Program?

The soccer program is based off Godly characteristics and love of the game. The school itself is well established with a 150 year history.

What thoughts do you have about the recruiting process – Good, bad, or indifferent?

It’s hard. West Plainsians have to be proactive as a general rule.

Is there anything else you would like to tell us?

Coach Nichols is one of the most Godly men I have met and his girls made my tryout process very enjoyable. I never felt awkward, judged or out of place at any time. I am very thankful that God has blessed me with this opportunity.

A 3-Year Letterwinner, Kittle has played in 65 Varsity Games, scoring 5 Goals and adding 4 Assists.

As a Sophomore, Beth was named to the West Plains Lady Zizzer Soccer Classic All-Tournament Team, Academic All-Ozark Conference, 2nd Team All-Ozark Conference, 1st Team All-District, MSHSSCA Class 1 Southwest Missouri All-Region Team, Springfield News-Leader All-Ozarks
2nd Team.

Her Junior year, Kittle was named 2nd Team All-Ozark Conference, 1st Team All-District, MSHSSCA Class 1 Southwest Missouri All-Region Team.

Beth, Good Luck on your Senior Season and best of luck next fall at Hannibal!
